Whether a Video submitted by an Investigator to a video-Journal online or to the University of Virginia, is authentic or not — is an interesting and important topic. Especially in the age of Video-editing Software.

He replied that one should/must:
FIRSTLY submit the Video to the Forensic Department in order to get recognized in the fact that one has not edited it
&
SECONDLY bring the certified Video in a sealed condition (say with a Pen Drive sealed by the Forensic Department after the checking) to the Court.
This I think is a great idea for submitting the Investigation video to the DOPS in UVa and, for that matter, to anywhere else for Scientific consideration.
